The first day of Spring is tomorrow and we got 5-6 inches of snow last night! I'm ready for the sun! I'm pretty tired from entertaining kiddos inside all day...so not much commentary on the food today.
Breakfast: 2 wheatabix biscuits and coffee
Lunch: Scrabbled egg, cheese, and salsa on a wheat tortilla
Snacks: A banana and a half a jelly sandwich left behind by my son
Dinner: Frozen pizza with add kalamata olives ( I ate one more of the pepperoni)
Dessert: Almond cupcake from scratch, with pink vanilla frosting!
I had to bake...it was snowing...we were stuck inside!!!!
