
Breakfast: Waffle with flax seed, Banana, Maple Syrup, and a Coffee


Dinner: Tortellini, Asparagus, and Ham
Snacks: Pretzels, Hummus, and late night bowl of cereal
An experiment to see if having others see what I eat will change my eating habits! Also a place to post yummy recipes and blab about food and it's influence on my daily life.
